Location: Riverview Hall, 600 Clyde Fant Parkway, Shreveport, LA 71101

Race Events: The 5K Run, 5K Walk & the 5 Mile Road Race are on a well-lit and mostly flat course. There will be no vehicular traffic. These races are sanctioned by the Red River Road Runners and the RRCA.

Packet Pick-up: Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA. Thursday, November 7th, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday, November 8th, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Late packet pick up: 4:00-5:30 p.m. at Riverview Hall.

Fees: 5 Mile Road Race and 5K Run & 5K Walk $30.00 (until November 9th)

Packet: Includes a unisex long sleeve t-shirt, race number, and a food/beverage coupon. Shirts guaranteed to those registered by October 30th.

Schedule of Events:

• 4:30 pm: Buses start running
• 5:00 pm: Late Packet Pick-up @ Riverview Hall
• 5:40 pm: Last Bus!
• 6:00 pm: Race Time!
• 6:30 pm: Post Party Begins (Music by Kevin Thomas, dinner and beverages)

Awards: Various awards for different categories in the 5-mile race and 5k events.

Parking: Parking is available at the North end of the Parkway in the lots located at Sci-Port.

Post Race Party: Riverview Hall. Food, beverages, music, and awards.

Cancellation: Participants can defer to 2025 if the event is cancelled. No refunds.
