The Rock and Run 5K Run & 3K Walk will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in Athens, GA. This event invites participants to join together for a fantastic day of community, fitness, and giving back.

• Registration Fees:
• Rock and Run 5K Run: $35 (Price increases after June 19, 2025)
• Rock and Run 3K Walk: $35 (Price increases after June 19, 2025)
• Virtual Rock and Run 5K Run & 3K Walk: $30

Schedule

• 9:00 AM: Race Day Registration
• 10:00 AM: 5K Race Start
• 11:30 AM: Awards & Post-race Celebration

Awards

Awards will be given to overall male and female winners, as well as masters and age group categories.

Virtual Participation

Virtual runners can complete their 3.1 miles anywhere and must submit their finish time by noon on August 9. Please register as a virtual runner to qualify.
