The 1st Annual Rockaway Beach Duathlon will be held on July 13, 2025 at Rockaway Beach in Queens, NY. This event includes a Duathlon, Team Relay Duathlon, and Volunteer 1 for 1 options.

Race Start Time and Location: Rockaway Beach Amphitheater at B95th Street, 1-12 Cross Bay Pkway, Queens, NY 11693

Course Details:

• Run 1: 5k on the boardwalk from B95th Street to B125th Street and back.
• Bike: 12 miles (2 loops of 6 miles each) on the boardwalk from B95th Street to B27th Street and back.
• Run 2: 3 miles on the boardwalk from B95th Street to B125th Street and back.

Volunteer Information: Volunteers are needed from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Report to Race Directors (George, Hunter, or Victor).

Registration:

• Duathlon: $91.10 (includes $6.10 fee). Price increases after May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. Open to ages 18+.
• Team Relay Duathlon: $107 (includes $7 fee). Price increases after May 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT. Open to ages 18+.
• Volunteer 1 for 1: $0. Registration ends July 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM EDT.

The Rockaway Beach Duathlon is not USAT certified or sanctioned. A USAT racing license is not required.
