The Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon returns to the iconic Rockaway Beach for its 7th Annual event! The race begins at 7:30 AM with distances for both Triathlon and Duathlon:
- Triathlon: 400m swim, 12-mile bike, 3-mile run
- Duathlon: 2-mile run, 12-mile bike, 3-mile run
Expect a gorgeous ocean view, but prepare for potentially challenging swim conditions. Wetsuits are optional. This is a great race to prep for upcoming events like the Ironman 70.3!
