Description: Get ready to blast off at the Rocket City Run - a 5K race through the scenic trails of Swan Creek Metropark going to the Airport Highway entrance! Whether you’re racing for a personal best or just enjoying the experience, this event welcomes runners and walkers of all levels. All proceeds go to 419 Cares, supporting the collection and distribution of groceries, shoes, food, clothing, and hygiene products for those in need throughout the Toledo area. T-shirts will be available to purchase before or after the race for $1! There will be a hygiene drive at the race, so bring a hygiene item to be entered in a raffle for a chance to win some funky, fresh items AND also receive a t-shirt FOR FREE! Join us for a morning of movement, community, and making a real impact in Toledo—one step at a time!
