The Good Medicine 5K & Fun Walk is more than a race—it’s a celebration of what keeps us well: fresh air, strong hearts, good neighbors, and care that meets people where they are. Hosted by the Free Clinic of Powhatan, this event invites runners, walkers, and wellness seekers of all kinds to come together in support of our region’s only free, full-service health clinic. Whether you run for the cause or walk for the joy, every step is a dose of Good Medicine. Richmond Road Runners Club provides finish line services for the 5K under contract with the race organizers.
