The 17th Annual Rumpshaker 5K will take place on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Regions Field, Birmingham, AL. Participants in the in-person race will be chip-timed and eligible for team discounts.
Course Options
- 5K - In-Person: 5K distance. Prices range from $30.00 to $40.00.
- 1 Mile Fun Run: 1 mile distance. Prices range from $20.00 to $30.00.
- Virtual 5K: 5K distance. Prices range from $25.00 to $35.00.
- Additional courses available for colon cancer survivors and special challenges.
