Run Against Hunger 5K/10K Run & 2mi walk

What: 2 Mile Walk, 5K Run, 10K Run to benefit the St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen in downtown Scranton.

When: Saturday, November 8, 2025. All races start at 9 AM EST

Where: Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, Olive St. trailhead, Scranton, PA 18508

Day of Registration and Packet Pickup: 7:30 to 8:45 AM at the Scranton Half Marathon Pavilion

Packet Pickup: Friday, November 7, 2025 from 12 to 7 PM at the Scranton Running Company, 3 West Olive St, Scranton, PA 18508.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top overall male and female for both the 5k and 10k run. The top overall walker will also receive an award. Awards will be given to the top two males and females in the following age groups for both the 5k and 10k runs: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Courses and Prices:

• 5k Run: $25 (Price increases after November 2, 2025 at 11:59pm EST)
• 10k Run: $30 (Price increases after November 2, 2025 at 11:59pm EST)
• 2mi Walk: $25 (Price increases after November 2, 2025 at 11:59pm EST)
