Events:

• 5K In Person: $25, 11:00AM EDT, Registration Opens June 6, 2025 at 10:15am EDT
• Phantom Runner: $30, 11:00AM EDT, Registration Opens June 6, 2025 at 10:15am EDT

Race Day Schedule:

• Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup begins at 9:30AM
• Free “Kiddie K” begins at 10:30 AM for all children too young to compete in the 5K up to age 10.
• 5K starts at 11AM
• Awards will follow at the conclusion of the 5K

Discounts: Register more than 4 people at once for a $5 per person discount.

Teams: Set up a team when registering. A Papa John’s gift card will be awarded to the team with the most “5K Runner” participants.

Awards: Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, Grand Masters Male/Female, and three deep awards in 15 age categories.

Results: Complete results will be available online within 24 hours at: www.btracetiming.com, www.athlinks.com and www.runsignup.com.

Shirts: Shirts will be guaranteed if registered before 9/12/25.

Refreshments: Plenty of refreshments after the race.

Raffle: Each registrant will be entered into a FREE raffle. Must be present to win.

Timing: The race will be accurately timed by BT Race Timing. This race WILL NOT be chip timed.

Refunds: Sorry, no refunds for any reason.

Weather: In case of rain, the races will go on. Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather. If severe weather continues, the race director or local authorities may cancel the race.
