About RUN-N-RAVE at CIC
RUN-N-RAVE is more than just a run; it's about connection, community, and having fun. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.
What to Expect:
- Meet at: CIC Berlin, Lohmühlenstraße 65
- When: Every Thursday at 7:00 AM sharp
- Amenities: Bag drop, coffee, showers, and free coworking available.
The Breakdown:
- 7:00 AM: Roll up, drop your bag, sip coffee, and get warm.
- 7:15 AM: 20-minute city run (approx. 3.5km), all paces welcome.
- 7:35 AM: 10-minute community strength, stretch, and sweat session.
- 8:00 AM: Breakfast, beats, and boogie back at CIC.
- 9:00 AM: Free showers and coworking.
This event offers a chance to get back to outdoor workouts, enjoy sunrises, connect with friends, and experience the magic of movement.
