This exhilarating triathlon and junior triathlon will take place over the weekend of August 23-24, 2025, at Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Park in Oyster Bay, NY.
Course Information
- Individual Triathlon: Distance: 1/2 mile swim, 12.3K bike, 5K run.
- Relay Team: 2 or 3 members.
- AquaBike: Swim and bike only.
- BikeRun: Features a bike and run combo.
- Junior Triathlon - Short Course: Swim 100 yards, Bike 2.5 miles, Run 1/2 mile.
- Junior Triathlon - Long Course: Swim 200 yards, Bike 2.5 miles, Run 1 mile.
