Join Heart N Hands “Running for the HEART” 5K | 10K Run/Walk/Bike on Saturday, November 15, 2025. Registration begins at 7:00 am, and the race starts at 8:00 am. The event takes place at the New Orleans Lakefront on Lakeshore Drive - Shelter No. 2 (Start & End Location). A virtual option is also available.

• 7:45 am - Welcome & Morning Stretch
• 8:00 am - 5K|10K Runners Start
• 8:15 am - 5K|10K Walkers and Bikers Start
• 10:00 am - Cool Down & Celebration!!!
