Embark on a healthy and invigorating start to the New Year with the 41st annual Running Room New Year's Run! Kick off the year on the right foot by either establishing or maintaining an active lifestyle through this long-standing tradition. This annual run takes place in various communities nationwide, encouraging individuals to embrace a fitness-focused beginning to the year. Lace up your running shoes, join the community, and make a positive stride towards a healthier and more active lifestyle. Fundraising proceeds will support the Children's Miracle Network hospitals in each event city. Join us whether you're a seasoned runner or simply looking for a fun way to celebrate with family and friends. All 5K participants receive a New Years Run Souvenir and a finishers medal. Souvenir Item TBA. Each 1K runner will receive a Finishers Medal. 1K participants must be under 12 years old. The Running Room Events Team is excited to announce that we will host in-person events in select cities in 2026. If you can't attend in person, don’t worry—we also offer a virtual option.

• 5K In-Person: Prices are inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees. Each participant will receive a Souvenir and a Finishers' Medal.
• 1K In-Person: Each participant will receive a Finishers' Medal. 1K participants must be under 12 years old.
• 5K Virtual: Each runner will receive a Souvenir and a Finishers Medal that will be shipped for an additional fee of $13.99 per registration. *We do not ship outside of Canada.*
