Kick off the year on the right foot by either establishing or maintaining an active lifestyle through this long-standing tradition. This annual run takes place in various communities nationwide, encouraging individuals to embrace a fitness-focused beginning to the year. Lace up your running shoes, join the community, and make a positive stride towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Fundraising proceeds will support the Children's Miracle Network hospitals in each event city. Register for our virtual event and join from anywhere in Canada at your convenience. Your Virtual New Year's package will be shipped directly to your home address!

Registration fees

• Special Rate (Sept 1 – Sept 15): $66.73
• Early (Sept 16 – Oct 1): $72.19
• Regular (Oct 2 – Nov 15): $77.66
• Late (Nov 16 – Jan 6): $83.12

Each 5K virtual runner will receive a Souvenir and a Finishers Medal that will be shipped for an additional fee of $13.99 per registration. *We do not ship outside of Canada.
