Running Scared 5K/13K - Portland

Event Overview

Grab your costumes & kids, or leave all that at home. Come out for the best Halloween themed event of the season and be fast, have a great time, or do both. We'll have plenty of Halloween goodies, plenty of music, and a fun atmosphere at the start and finish line. Finishers will receive medals!

Event Schedule

The 5K & 13K start at 8:00 AM & 8:30 AM at Captain William Clark Park in Washougal (Greater Portland Area).

We're running along the river; expect a flat & fast course!

• Race Day Registration:
• 5K: $40
• 13K: $45
• Deadly Double: $65

All participants registered by 10/01 are guaranteed race swag in your size.

We'll have awards as follows:

• Finisher Medals
• Top 3 Overall M/F & Masters winners
• Top 3 in all the regular 5 year Age Groups 10 & Under through 75+

Group Participation

Running is more fun together! Grab friends, co-workers, or family and participate as a team. Discounts available for teams of 5 or more.

Virtual Running

Can't make it to the event? Sign up for the virtual race! Run when & where you want, and submit your time online.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Event will take place rain or shine.
