Ruralco Longbeach Coastal Challenge 2025
Join us for the Ruralco Longbeach Coastal Challenge on Sunday, November 30, 2025! Experience a day of mountain biking, running, and walking—designed with both competitive and social participants in mind. This family-friendly event offers fun for all ages and abilities. Organized collaboratively by Longbeach School and Hinds and Districts Lions Club, this marks our 18th annual event! All proceeds support our local community.
This year we have a new challenge - a 70km cycling event! We are also excited to run the second year of our Duathlon event with some enhancements. The cycling leg has been extended to 35km and run remains 12km.
Did you know, you can enter this event as an open team? One of you will take on the running while the other team member cycles. Furthermore it will be our second Schools Team Cycling Race after introducing this in 2024 - who will take the trophy this year?
