Let's Run Through The Russell Forest!! The Russell Forest Run is a race that carries runners on a certified course over sand, clay, and gravel roads that were designed for runners, bicycles, and electric cars. The scenic route will still start at Russell Crossroads, and will still take runners near Kob’s Knob, up to Heaven, and back to the finish line near The Stables at Russell Crossroads.

The 10K will start promptly at 7:45am with a machine gun blast from the Town Green at Russell Crossroads. The 5K, also an out and back, begins at the Town Green and will start with the machine gun blast soon after 10K. Of course the finish line is near The Stables, the home of our post-race party, where you'll find our World Famous Grits Bar, live music and more!

Packet Pickup for both runs is Friday, February 27st and Saturday, February 28nd at The Discovery Center in Russell Crossroads. Please follow the registration signs.

Please be aware that there are no pets allowed on the course during the Russell Forest Run. Yes we all love our fur babies, but for their safety and for runner safety, we ask you to leave them at home!
