Saline County Striders 6-week Free Run/Walk Clinic

Join the Saline County Striders for their 5th Annual Run/Walk Clinic, a free 6-week training program designed for everyone, regardless of age or ability. The clinic starts on March 30, 2026, and concludes with a 5K event on May 7, 2026.

Clinic Details:

• When: Clinic sessions are held every Monday and Thursday at 6:00 PM at Bryant Junior High.
• Bonus Sessions: Saturday group runs at 6:00 AM (locations vary within Saline County).
• First Session: Monday, March 30, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Bryant Junior High Track.
• Graduation Event: 5K hosted by Saline County Striders on May 7, 2026.

Groups Available:

• Walker Group: Learn to walk up to 3 miles with intervals.
• Beginning Runner Group A: For those new to running, aiming for a 5K.
• Beginning Runner Group B: For those who can run for 3 minutes or less, building stamina.
• Intermediate Runner: Build up to a solid 3-mile run.
• Advanced Runner: Focus on increasing speed and distance.
