About the Event
The Salt Lake Foothills 50k + Half Marathon takes place in the beautiful foothills of Salt Lake City. The trails offer stunning city views and a challenging terrain for runners.
New Trail Half Marathon
For 2024, we are introducing a new trail half marathon. Stay tuned for the route details as we finalize them with the permitting bodies.
Event Details
The race will start and finish at the BoSho trailhead by the Hogle Zoo. Parking and logistics information will be provided closer to the event date.
FAQs
Cutoff Time: 6pm for both distances. 50k - 11 hours, Half Marathon - 10 hours
Crew Options: Friends/crew can visit aid stations along the route. Please show courtesy and respect to the areas.
Drop Bags: Not available
Course Changes: The 2024 course may differ from 2023 based on permits and trail conditions.

The race directors are Josh Rosenthal, Joey Hendrix, and Jared Wright.
Refund Policy
50% refund on or before March 1, no refunds after. 100% deferrals for pregnancy reasons.
