Scarecrow Stampede

The Scarecrow Stampede is part of the Wanatah Scarecrow Festival. It includes a 5K Run and a 3K Walk, both starting at 8:00 AM CDT on September 27, 2025. Race day packet pick-up begins at 6:30 AM.

5K Run:

• Prices: $20 (7/1/2024-7/14/2024), $25 (7/15/2024-8/30/2024), $30 (9/1/2024-9/27/2024), $35 (race day)
• Awards: Top overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters, and top male and female finisher in each age group.

3K Walk:

• Price: $25
• Non-competitive

Registration:

• 5K Run: Sign up before July 13, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT to avoid price increase.
• 3K Walk: Registration ends August 22, 2025 at 4:00pm CDT.
• Shirt sizes and availability are only guaranteed if registered by September 21st.

Computerized Timing is provided by T&H Timing. No dogs, strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, or wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course.
