Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races

Join us for the 34th edition of a Jersey Shore summer tradition! This year’s Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Kindness Café, which provides meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Events:

• 5K Run/Walk/Roll: 8:30AM EDT - 10:00AM EDT. $37 (price increases after June 30, 2025). 1,977 spots left.
• Kids' Races and Activities: 10:00AM EDT - 10:30AM EDT. $15. Registration ends August 2, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT.

Features: Live music on the racecourse, cool shirt, after-party at Fratello's Restaurant & Bar, kids' sprint races, pony rides, inflatables, face painting.

T-Shirt Pickup and Late Registration Bib Pickup:
4 - 7 PM, Friday, August 1st
6:30 – 8:30 AM, Saturday, August 2nd

Race is rain or shine. Will only be postponed if weather is a danger to participants (lightning, hurricane). Must be present to collect t-shirt or any giveaway. No refunds, credits or exchanges.
