Welcome to the Seize the Day Warrior Walk + 5K!
We are Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana (EAL), dedicated to supporting individuals living with epilepsy through various services, education, and advocacy. This event marks our 21st year of raising vital funds for those impacted by epilepsy.

Schedule:
- 8:00 am to 8:45 am: Same-day registration and packet pick-up
- 9:00 am: Warrior Walk begins
- 9:30 am: 5K run/walk begins
