Join us for the 1st Annual Sgt. Ruff's Color Run on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in Lenoir, NC! This event includes a 5k race (Big Dawg and VIP Big Dawg) and a fun run (Pup Run). The event supports Shepherds for Sheepdogs, a 501(c)3 organization providing service dogs to disabled veterans and first responders. 100% of proceeds benefit the dog and hero pairs.

Schedule:

• 9:15 AM: Presentation of Colors and National Anthem
• 9:30 AM: Pup Run (1-mile fun run)
• 10:00 AM: Big Dawg 5k
• Awards to follow!

Check-in, Packet Pickup, & Day-of Registration: 7:45 AM - 9:15 AM

Courses and Prices:

• Big Dawg (5k): $40
• VIP Big Dawg (5k): $65 (includes 2 extra color bombs and a limited-edition Sgt. Ruff T-shirt)
• Pup Run (Fun Run): $30

T-shirt Deadline: October 25, 2025

Additional Info: Dog-friendly (leashed dogs welcome). Participants receive a white Shepherds for Sheepdogs T-shirt, bandana, sunglasses, and a color bomb. Finishers receive a custom dog tag medal.
