Step 1: Choose your race
Race Options: Skate on Victoria Oval, Ski Victoria Golf Course, Run trails & Victoria Park Road

Step 2: Choose your challenge
Solo: Take on the full challenge and push your limits on your own.
Teams or Families: Split the distances and sports however you choose, passing the baton at any lap to make it a true team effort.

Step 3: Choose your distance

Winter Triathlon
Full Distance: 23km (7.5km Skate, 7.5km Ski, 14.5km Run)
Sprint: 14.5km (5.5km Skate, 5km Ski, 6.5km Run)
Super Sprint: 6.5km (2km Skate, 2.5km Ski, 3km Run)

Ice Duathlon
Full Distance: 18km (10km Skate, 8km Run)
Sprint: 9km (5km Skate, 4km Run)
Super Sprint: 5.5km (2.5km Skate, 3km Run)

• 09:30 Full distance athletes (includes solos, teams, families) | on ice
• 10:00 Sprint distance | on ice
• 10:30 Super sprint distance | on ice
