Slopeside Slumber Party

Event Details

Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025

Location: Roundtop Mountain Resort, 925 Roundtop Rd, Lewisberry, PA

Time: 8 PM – 11 PM

Course Information

The course features a ~1.5-mile loop with 600 feet of elevation gain, including a mix of pavement and mowed grass. Trail shoes are highly recommended for the steep descent. Runners will receive a pog for each completed loop, and prizes are awarded to the top 3 winners.

Registration

• Main Event: $40 (limited to 150 runners)
• Kids Race: $5 (limited to 40 runners)

What’s Included

Main Event Registration:

• 3 hours to complete as many loops as you can
• Awesome swag & fully stocked aid station
• Food and drinks available for purchase
• Free camping available at Gifford Pinchot State Park for the weekend

Kids Race Registration:

• A fun, hilly, mile-ish course
• Awesome swag
• Prizes for everyone!

Timeline

• 6:00 PM – Gates open
• 6:30 PM – Packet pickup begins
• 7:30 PM – Kids' Race Starts
• 8:00 PM – Main Race Starts

Important Information

Items such as headphones are allowed, but not recommended. Headlamps are required. Please no littering, and all bibs must be visible. Pets are not permitted.

Free your spirit—runners often wear creative outfits and pajamas!

Hosted by the York Road Runners Club and part of the York Ridge Runners Trail Series, this event promises both fun and challenge for all participants.
