Start Time: 8:00 AM
Location: 360 Gulf Rd, Somers, CT (Shenipsit State Forest parking lot)
Parking is limited, and participants are encouraged to carpool. There will be a pre-race briefing at 7:45 AM. The course involves 6 climbs of Soapstone Mountain, with varied terrain and some steep, rocky sections. Runners should be aware that emergency response may take over an hour in remote areas.

Online registration is required. Discount codes are available for paid members of the Shenipsit Striders.
Course Information
The race spans 5.5 miles with multiple ascents and descents, including the notorious Killer Hill. A cupless water stop will be available. Be prepared for challenging conditions and steep ascents.
Post-Race
Breakfast sandwiches will be served to all participants after the race near the aid station.
