Running away from your problems, but make it a soundtrack. We’re teaming up with RGB Bar (Stratumseind, Eindhoven) for a midweek mood boost: a 5K social run with silent-disco headphones, followed by a quick dance.

We start and finish at RGB Bar, so your post-run beverage is exactly 0 meters away.

What to expect

• 5K social pace — all together, not a race; music in your ears, city lights outside, vibes up.
• Mini after — a few songs to shake out the legs  at RGB Bar.

Who it’s for: Anyone who can comfortably jog 5K at a conversational pace. No timing chips. No heroics.

• 20:15–? — Tiny dance at RGB Bar

• Headlamp or clip light (it’s dark—outside)
• Weather-appropriate layers

Pace & route: One group, one pace, ± 5 km through city streets/paths.
