Sombrero Ultra Running Festival (SURF)

Welcome to SURF 2026!

Join us for a weekend full of running, fun, and community at the 2nd Annual Sombrero Ultra Running Festival. Taking place at the Clay County Regional Sports Complex in Middleburg, FL, just outside Jacksonville, this event promises a vibrant atmosphere with running, vendors, and exciting activities.

• Event Dates: February 13-14, 2026
• Registration closes: February 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
• Race Distances: 3hr, 6hr, 12hr, 24hr, and 48hr challenges

Why Participate?

This festival is designed to provide ample time for participants to push their limits, whether it's completing their first ultra or chasing a new personal record. The event features an all-night food service, custom medals and awards, and the chance to participate in Valentine’s-themed activities.

Aid Stations and Support

We will have aid stations stocked with essential nutrition and hydration, including water, Skratch, and other refreshments, ensuring all runners are well taken care of throughout their race.

• Footcare services provided by Tonya K Olson, a footcare expert in the ultramarathon community.
• Pacers allowed for the 24hr and 48hr events.
• A dedicated runners’ village for crews and tents.
• Entertainment and music to enhance your experience.

• 12 Hour Night - $129.43

• 3 Hour - Sunday - $82.45
• 3 Hour - Saturday - $82.45
