Description: The Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey Somerset County Subchapter (PNANJ Somerset) is holding this event. It's a fun, healthy way to celebrate Halloween and promote healthy living. There will be a costume contest at 12 PM, dancing, booths, music, refreshments, and more.
