Course Descriptions

25km Route: The 25km course starts below parking lot 2, climbing the Peden Lake Trail, following the Lakes Connector to the Shields Lake Viewpoint, and includes several aid stations along the route.

50km Route: The 50km route features summits of Mt. Empress, Monument Mountain, and Mt. Quimper, with approximately 2000m of ascent. This challenging course begins similarly to the 25km route but diverges with more climbs and scenic views.
