- 50K: Includes 18 miles plus a half marathon distance, with unique finishers medals.
- Ultimate 18: A challenging out-and-back course on the Knobstone Trail.
- Trail Half Marathon: An out-and-back route reaching the summit of Round Top Knob.
- 5 Miler: Course on the Knobstone Trail with a turnaround at mile marker 2.5.
Aid Stations
Located at mile 2.5 and mile 5.3, offering electrolyte drinks, water, and nutrition options.
