South West Maritime Triathlon Series 2024

Join us for the South West Maritime Triathlon Series 2024, featuring an evening series Sprint Triathlon and a new Duathlon. The events will take place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Open Water Swim Venue Cromhall Quarry, near Thornbury in the United Kingdom.

The dates for the series are as follows:

- Wednesday 8th May

- Wednesday 12th June

- Wednesday 10th July

- Wednesday 14th August

- Wednesday 11th September

Registration will open at 5.30pm, with the races starting at 7pm. There will be a race brief lakeside at 6.50pm. The Duathlon will start at 7.05pm.

For the May event, wetsuits are mandatory. However, they are optional for the rest of the series, depending on the water temperature.

The triathlon course consists of a 750m Open Water Swim, followed by 3 laps of a 6k Bike course, and finishing with a 5k run (2 x out & back) around the lake.

The Duathlon starts with a 3km run, followed by the same bike and run courses as the triathlon.

Free parking will be available at the venue.
