What: Spa Running Festival Training Clinic

The Program: The Arkansas Spa Pacers are presenting this training clinic to prepare you for the Spa Running Festival on November 15, 2025. Coaches will assist participants of all levels (beginner to advanced) with training methods and mileage recommendations.

Where and When: Starting September 23rd, 2025, at 5:45 pm every Tuesday and Thursday, participants meet for group runs/walks at the Transportation Depot (101 Broadway Street, downtown Hot Springs).

The Training Clinic: Designed for the Spa Running Festival 5K/10K/Half Marathon on November 15, 2025, but open to all who want to improve fitness. Three levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) offer varying paces and distances.

How to Participate: The clinic is free. Sign up online, attend as often as possible, and try your best! Children, strollers, and dogs are not allowed.
