About the Event
Splash, Dash & TRI is a youth triathlon training program offered by Fit 2 B Kids for ages 7-11 that incorporates swimming, riding, running skills, and fun! Training takes place at Old Farm Swim & Paddle Club in Rockville, MD. Distances trained for vary by age group. Prepare for local youth TRI events like Lake Montclair, Hagerstown, and Columbia.
