Event Details
Sole Programs combine fun physical activity, discussion, and mentorship to empower youth with the tools they need to discover their inner awesome and grow their confidence. This season of Sole will run for 8 weeks, leading up to a 5km fun run.
Activities
- Games and activities focused on confidence and self-esteem.
- Brave discussions about friendships and being positive role models.
- Unique topics each season to keep the participants engaged.
Note: Costs associated with the 5km fun run are not included in program fees. Families are encouraged to participate in the fun run alongside their Sole Kid or to support along the run route.
