Sprint to Health 5K Race

Description: The Mid South Rehab and UMMC Grenada Rehabilitation 5K Run and Walk benefits the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund. This fund assists patients and families with various needs during a medical crisis. All money raised for the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund stays in Grenada. Online registration is recommended; race-day registration begins at 7:00 AM.
Awards: 1st and 2nd place awards will be given to the top overall and master's winners in the 5K Run and Walk, and to the top male and female Fun Run winners. Awards will also be given to the top male and female runners in the following age groups: 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
- 5K Run: $30, 8:00 AM CDT. Registration closes October 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT
- 5K Walk: $30, 8:00 AM CDT. Registration closes October 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT
- Fun Run: $20, 9:00 AM CDT. Registration closes October 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM CDT
