SSGT Taylor Hoover Memorial 5K & Community Event
Join us for the 4th Annual SSGT Taylor Hoover Memorial 5K honoring Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover, killed in action saving others in Kabul, Afghanistan, August 26, 2021. There will be live music, food trucks, merchandise vendors, inflatables for kids, and more! Special exhibits honoring our military will also be in attendance. All proceeds will go towards the SSGT Darin Taylor Hoover Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Events:
- 5K Run/Walk: $30 ($15 for ages 0-17), 8:00AM - 12:00PM CDT. Registration ends August 30, 2025 at 9:30am CDT.
- 5K Virtual Run/Walk Challenge: $30. Registration ends August 30, 2025 at 9:30am CDT.

- Day of Registration & Packet Pickup: 8:00 AM
- Race Start Time: 10:00 AM
Pre-Race Packet and T-Shirt Pickup: Friday, August 29th from 5-6pm at Worthington Park.
