St. Benedict School Tenth Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run

Start or continue a family tradition and join us Thanksgiving morning Thursday, November 27, 2025, for the St. Benedict School Tenth Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk! There is something for everyone, whether you’re a competitive runner, or looking for some exercise before enjoying your holiday celebration.

The course is a flat and fast out and back on a paved trail, beginning and ending at the Cambridge end (Corduroy Rd.) of the Great Guernsey Trail. The event will be professionally timed by Muskingum Multisports. All proceeds will directly benefit the children of St. Benedict School, providing tuition assistance for families and student scholarships.

When/Where

Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 27, 2025. The start and finish will be at the Cambridge end (63200 Corduroy Rd.) of the Great Guernsey Trail.

Race Course

The course is a flat and fast out and back on a paved trail, beginning and ending at the Cambridge end of the Great Guernsey Trail.

Awards

Awards will be presented to the top three overall male/female finishers. Awards will also be given to the top three male/female finishers in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. Race awards are handcrafted ceramic medals. Additionally, the top 10 males and 10 females across the finish line will each take home a Theo’s Restaurant homemade pie for your Thanksgiving dinner AND a fresh holiday spruce arrangement from the Pot House Garden Center.

Live results will be published live HERE. Onsite live Results Kiosk will be available. Email and Live Text results will also be available (opt-in required during registration)

Race Packets and Finish Line Perks

Your race packet will include a unisex t-shirt and finish line snacks and beverages including fresh homemade Scott’s Diner cinnamon rolls.

Packet pickup/Race Day Registration

Packet pickup will begin at 7:30am at the Cambridge end of the Great Guernsey Trail (Corduroy Rd.) Participants who register by November 9 will be guaranteed a t-shirt. T-shirt availability for participants registered after that date will be on a first come, first served basis on race day.
