This programme is designed to help you build endurance, improve technique and enjoy the process with the supportive Stanza community you know and love.

What to Expect:

  • One coached run per week with structured sessions to enhance your running ability.
  • Progressive training to help you build fitness at your own pace.
  • Supportive and fun environment - perfect for beginners and regular runners alike.

End Goal:

Completing a Park Run together at the end of 10 weeks. The final Park Run will be self-paced, so whether you're aiming to simply complete one or whether you'd like to aim for a 5k PB, all are welcome!

Whether you're new to running or looking for motivation to be more consistent, this is a great way to get moving and enjoy running with others. Can't make it every week? Don't worry, drop in and out and make as few or as many sessions as you like!
