Straight Outta Mableton 5K/10K/15K

Buried in Cobb County lies a concrete jungle few ever really experience throughout the sprawling city of Mableton. Inside the neighborhood of Providence lies miles and miles of hills few areas of domestic living could possibly compare to. In 2020 it was the home to a virtual race that led to its official naming of The Straight Outta Mableton. It gave folks a chance to take their minds off things while running around a friendly neighborhood while being supported by strangers cheering everyone on from their front lawns and joining for miles throughout the day. It’s going to be laid back but full of its challenges and fun!

The course is a 5K loop that will cover 3ish (but no less) miles of road. There will be a fresh Craft Beer provided by Bearded Iris Brewing Co. out of Nashville, TN and Scofflaw Brewing located right here in Atlanta beer at the finish and a race day koozie to keep it cold! Entrance fee is $30 to cover some costs included some sweet giveaways as well as a Post Race Sammie. At the start/finish line there will be a tent set up that will only provide water, Gatorade, oranges, and bananas only so please bring whatever else you might need and it’ll be safely kept there. NO CUTOFF! Walk it all in if you’ve got to.
