Lace up your sneakers and join us for a fun-filled event while making a difference in your community! Friends of CAC is hosting a 5K Charity run on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at Leroy Oaks Forest Preserve! This family event welcomes runners, walkers, wheelchair users, and those with strollers. All proceeds support child abuse victims in Kane County.

Event Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - Check In, Packet Pick Up and Race Day Registrations Open
• 8:45 AM - Opening Remarks
• 9:00 AM - 5K Run/Walk Starts
• 10:30 AM - AWARDS
• 10:45 - CLOSING REMARKS

Courses and Prices:

• 5K: $40 ($25 for ages 5-17)
