About the Event
Strides for Education 5K
The Strides for Education 5K will be held on February 28, 2026 in Fort Myers, Florida. The 5K course includes a shaded tour of Florida SouthWestern State College's beautiful campus. Serious runners will appreciate the race bibs with chips ensuring an accurate race time. This race is organized by the Fort Myers Track Club. The event also includes a kids' run. Proceeds support the Take Stock in Children Scholarship Program.

- 5K Run/Walk: $30.00, 7:30 AM EST. Registration opens September 16, 2025.
- Kids Run: $0.00, 8:30 AM EST. Registration opens September 16, 2025. Open to ages 12 and under.
