Struthers School Foundation 4th of July Parade 5K and Kids Fun Run

4th of July 5K Race starts at 11:00 AM. Engage in this exciting celebration as you run or walk 3.1 miles, enjoying the support of the community along the Struthers Parade route. Kicking off just before the 47th Struthers 4th of July Parade, it’s a great way to celebrate the holiday!

Location: Corner of 5th St and Rita Dr, Struthers, OH 44471

Courses:

• 2025 Struthers School Foundation 4th of July Parade 5K: Distance: 5K, Price: $25.00
• Kristy Taaffe Kids Fun Run: Distance: 805m (1/2 mile), Price: $15.00

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM: Race day registration and packet pickup begins.
• 11:00 AM: 5K race starts.
• 11:45 AM: Kids Fun Run starts.

Registration Information:

Registration for the 5K is $25.00, with a chance for free entries for enrolled Struthers City School students registering before July 1, 2024.

For the Kids Fun Run, children ages 4 and above are welcome to participate, with similar free registration opportunities for local students.

Additional Information:

The event is a tribute to Kristy Taaffe, honoring her spirit and dedication to child fitness and community health. Participants are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue.
