Suds & Soles 5K

Event Details

The Suds & Soles 5K will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at 7:30 PM in Rockville Town Center.

This certified 5K course will run through downtown Rockville, providing a scenic and enjoyable race experience. The event will feature various course options for participants, including a dedicated post-race celebration! Proceeds benefit the Rockville Recreation and Parks Foundation, Youth and Beginning Running Programs of MCRRC, and community charitable needs.

Courses and Pricing

• Adult 5K (21 & Over) - INVITED RUNNERS ONLY: 5K - Free
• Adult 5K (21 & Over) - Deferrals: 3.1 Miles - Free
• Adult 5K (21 & Over): 5K - $52.00
• Youth 5K (Ages 10-20): 5K - Pricing varies from $25.00 to $35.00
• Child 5K (under 10): 5K - Pricing varies from $15.00 to $25.00
• KidZone (ages 4 & under): Free - $5.00
• KidZone (ages 5-9): Free - $10.00
• Adult 5K (21 & Over) - MCRRC Racing Team ONLY: 3.1 Miles - $25.00

Awards

Awards will be given to the top male and female finishers in open and masters divisions, as well as age group prizes. Remember, awards WILL NOT be mailed, so stick around!
