About the Event
Sunnie Runners x Rape Crisis UK Post Work Dash
Join us for a Wednesday night post-work dash to light up the darkness. Every runner receives glow-in-the-dark face paint and glow sticks. A discount on a post-run salad bowl is also included.
Date: Wednesday 12 November
Meet: 6:30 PM at Atis, North Audley Street, W1K 6WY
Run: A 6km glow-in-the-dark loop around Hyde Park.
Après: Post-run recovery bowls at Atis.
Bag Drop: Available, but not actively monitored.
About the 6K: While 5km is a popular distance, this 6km run is designed to challenge participants and build community. Beginners are welcome and encouraged, with guidance and support provided. Two speed groups are available, and walking breaks are accommodated. Recommended for those comfortable running at least 4km.
Tickets are required to ensure fundraising for Rape Crisis UK and to manage numbers.
