Sunset & Cider Trail Races

Get ready for the Sunset & Cider Trail Races, which take place on September 27, 2025, in the picturesque American River Canyon, Auburn, CA. Participants can choose from three race distances: 50K, 13M, and 5M. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual participant, this event promises breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience.

Race Distances

• 50K: Two unique out-and-back segments with 3875 ft of climbing, featuring aid stations at miles 5.0, 8.6, 13.6, 17.2, 22.4, and 27.3.
• 13 Miler (13.1M): Two loops with a total of 2082 ft of climbing, aid stations at miles: 5.0, 8.5, & 9.5.
• 5 Miler: A single loop with 704 ft of climbing, no aid stations, welcoming walkers.

Awards and Swag

All registrants will receive a commemorative cider glass and one free Ponderosa Cider pour (21+). A free tech t-shirt is included with registration, with the option to swap for a running hat for $15.
