The 10th Annual SUP & RUN 5K event will be held at Nathan Benderson Park to benefit RUCK9 with partial proceeds going to Operation Second Chance.

• 🍀 First 100 CLUB 🍀: (includes race registration and First 100 SWAG), Price: $85.00
• 5K RUN ONLY OR WALK: Distance: 3.1 Miles, Prices: $40.00 - $45.00 - $50.00
• SUP 3.1 & 5K RUN (BOTH EVENTS): Distance: 6.2 Miles, Prices: $40.00 - $45.00 - $50.00
• STAND UP PADDLE - SUP ONLY: Distance: 3.1 Miles, Prices: $40.00 - $45.00 - $50.00
• 10K for the 10th Anniversary: Distance: 6.2 Miles, Prices: $40.00 - $45.00 - $50.00
• Handcycle and Wheelchair Division: Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: Free
• VIRTUAL 5K: Walk or Run (includes mailing your SWAG), Distance: 3.1 Miles, Price: $55.00

All Races Start at 8 AM sharp!

If renting a paddleboard, please arrive by 7 AM to secure your board & paddle.
