The Swammie Shuffle 200 will start at Sanbridge Beach in Virginia Beach, VA, on February 22, 2026, with a race brief at 7:45 AM and the race commencing at 8:00 AM. Runners will have until February 27, 2026, 8 PM to complete the course, which spans over 200 miles through the scenic Outer Banks, including three lighthouses.
Participants are encouraged to be self-supported as the race does not provide aid, and camaraderie is fostered among runners. This event is designed not only to challenge participants physically but also to make a profound impact by supporting causes aimed at reducing veteran suicide.
