About the Event
Event Overview
The Swim Around Keppel 2025 (SAK2025) will take place on Great Keppel Island from September 5th to September 6th. Participants can choose from multiple swim categories including a 6km swim around Middle Island and 20km open water swims.
Race Schedule
September 5th: - 6km swim around Middle Island starts at 12:00 - 1km Individual swim starts at 16:00
September 6th: - 20km Individual swim starts at 09:45 - 20km Duo swim - 20km Team Relay
Eligibility
Individuals aged 14 and over can register for the 6km and 20km events. Team participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants must meet specific open water swimming experience requirements.
Additional Information
Participants must be supported by a motorised boat if competing individually, and teams must have a designated support vessel. The event concludes with a presentation and after party at the GKI Hideaway Island Bar & Bistro.
