Event Details

Join us on June 22, 2025, for the Swim Neshonoc, a scenic open water swimming event. Participants can select from two distances: 1.2 miles and 2.4 miles. The event starts at Swarthout Park Beach, with registrations including a swim cap, event t-shirt, finisher medal, and more.

Course Information

• 2.4 Mile Swim (Non-Wetsuit) - Distance: 2.4 Miles
• 1.2 Mile Swim (Non-Wetsuit) - Distance: 1.2 Miles
• 2.4 Mile Swim (Wetsuit) - Distance: 2.4 Miles
• 1.2 Mile Swim (Wetsuit) - Distance: 1.2 Miles

Registration includes amenities like food and drink, awards, and buoy support from lifeguards and kayakers. Please note that swimmers under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate.

Mandatory Meeting: 7:40 AM on Race Day
2.4 Mile Start: 8:00 AM
1.2 Mile Start: 8:30 AM

Parking is available at Swarthout Park on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional street parking in nearby neighborhoods.

Water Temperature & Safety

The water temperature is expected to be around 70 degrees. All swimmers are encouraged to use a swim buoy for safety.
